Christopher F. Sapp (Chris) is a 1960 graduate of Bishop Barry High School (now St. Petersburg Central Catholic) in St. Petersburg, Florida. He attended The University of Virginia where he was in Phi Eta Sigma National Honorary Fraternity and on the Deans List. He was accepted at Stetson University College of Law in 1963 and awarded scholarships. Following graduation in 1966, he was admitted to The Florida Bar (# 0097823) in November.
That same month he opened an office for the general practice of law in Immokalee, Collier County, Florida. Two years later he was elected judge of the criminal court for the district around Immokalee where he served for four years. Chris was admitted to the bar of the U. S. Supreme Court in January, 2001.
In addition, Chris has some experience with farming, publishing and real estate. For a number of year, he has been active in the pro-life movement and has worked with many pro-life people in several states.
Most recently he has served as Plaintiff's counsel in several groundbreaking federal lawsuits against individuals, corporations, and government entities violating the rights of a pro-life reproductive health service providers under the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) law.
Chris is General Counsel and Assistant to the Director of The Counselor Corps, Jean Sapp.
