PLAINTIFF'S SUPPLEMENT TO REPORT ON MEETING FOR JOINT PRETRIAL STATEMENT

Plaintiff, Meredith T. Raney, Jr., by and through his undersigned attorney, hereby supplements the report concerning the meeting for joint pretrial statement, saying:

1. A copy of the letter from Mr. Lucas suggesting a change in the meeting place which was received by the undersigned after 9:30 p.m. Monday, December 14, 1998, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

2. A copy of the facsimile transmission sent from myself to Mr. Lucas after 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 1998, is attached hereto as Exhibit "B".

WHEREFORE, the undersigned attorney requests that the aforementioned report be supplemented with these copies.
