Case No: 97-1197

Dear Judge Cohill:

The above-mentioned person is a patient of mine admitted to Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida on February 25, 1999. I would estimate at this early time in his hospitalization that he will be hospitalized for one to two weeks due to his illness. He notifies me that he has a court date on March 1, 1999 and this letter is written to inform you for medical reasons, he will be unable to attend.

For further medical information or updates, please contact the Medical Record Department at Holmes Regional Medical Center or my office at 407-725-5050.

Sincerely,
Stephen H. Yandel, D.O. <signed>
