PLAINTIFF'S REPORT OF THE ESTIMATE OF PUNITIVE DAMAGES DUE FROM THE DEFENDANTS

Plaintiff, Meredith T. Raney, Jr., by and through his undersigned attorney, hereby files this report as required by the Case Management Order, saying as follows:

1. Plaintiff has been unable to obtain the necessary information from Defendants upon which a reliable estimate of punitive damages to be paid by the Defendants could be calculated.

2. The Magistrate Judge has determined that discovery of such information should be delayed until after there has been an adjudication of liability to the Plaintiff.

3. Plaintiff will report to the Court as soon as possible the estimate of punitive damages.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Meredith T. Raney, Jr., is unable at this time to report a reliable estimate of the amount of punitive damages due from the Defendants and will do so as soon as possible.
