Dear Mr. Sapp:

With regard to the interrogatories you recently propounded upon my clients, I have objected to providing you with the names and residential addresses of individuals and witnesses associated with Aware Woman Center for Choice, Inc. because of the possibility that the witnesses' personal safety would be compromised. In that regard, I have enclosed a proposed confidentiality stipulation which I request you execute and return to me. Afler you have executed the stipulation and the Court has entered an Order, I will be happy to supplement the answers to interrogatories, to which I objected strictly on confidentiality grounds; by providing name, mailing address and phone numbers, if known. If you are not inclined to sign the stipulation, I will have no Alternative but to file a Motion for Protective Order.
