PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 13th day of May, 1998, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on each date, at the law offices of Frese, Nash & Torpy, P.A., 930 South Harbor City Boulevard, Suite 505, Melbourne, Florida, the undersigned will take the deposition of Plaintiff, MEREDITH T. RANEY, JR., and to have with him the documents described in Exhibit "A."

This deposition is being taken for the purpose of discovery, for use at trial, or both of the foregoing, or for such other purposes as permitted under the applicable rules and governing law. The deposition will be taken upon oral examination before an official court reporter, or a Notary Public, or some other officer duly authorized by law to take depositions in the State of Florida.
