Defendants, AWARE WOMAN CENTER FOR CHOICE, INC., a Florida corporation, EDWARD WINDLE, JR., and PATRICIA B. WINDLE, request Plaintiff, MEREDITH T. RANEY, JR., respond within thirty (30) days in the manner prescribed by Rule 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to the following request:

1. That Plaintiff produce a copy of, or description by category and location of, all documents, data compilations, and tangible things in the possession, custody or control of Plaintiff that are relevant to disputed facts alleged with particularity in the pleadings, as provided in Rule 26(l)(A), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
