Dear Mr. Torpy,

I have received two interesting letters from your associate - the second one arriving this afternoon. Copies of both are transmitted with this note.

I would like to resolve the roadblock on the incomplete answering of our Interrogatories to the Defendants and the objections raised. To that end, a meeting had been scheduled at a time knd place which I was told was agreeable to your associate. In fact the meeting was rescheduled to April 1 at 11:00 a.m. to suit her schedule.

I will be at the meeting and trust that it will be convenient for you to be there as well.
