Dear Ms. Hogreve,

For a number of reasons I am unwilling to stipulate that the items of information which you deem confidential are in fact immune to discovery. In the spirit dictated by the Local Rules, I suggest that we meet to discuss the unanswered Interrogatories which have been propounded to your clients.

If it is agreeable with you, let's meet in Melbourne in the conference room used by myself and Mr. Torpy in November at a mutually agreed upon time during the last week of March.

The 25th is bad for me but I have the other days open and would prefer to meet late in the morning or early in the afternoon as the drive takes better than three hours. Please let me know what is convenient for you.
