Dear Mr. Torpy,
It was upsetting the first time I saw that subpoena with which you served my client in violation of the rules of procedure. Perhaps I could discount the first instance as some sort of mistake on your part. However, you have done it again.
I insist that you cancel this subpoena immediately. Please refer to the time schedules and computations of time which render your scheduled depositions untimely. All of those depositions should be canceled. I expect to receive a rather specific apology from you to my client by return mail.
