This to notify you that the Marshals Service has determined that the estimated fee for satisfying your request for records maintained by this Bureau will exceed $25.00.

Our preliminary search for responsive records indicates that your estimated fee chargeable to you for copying the records you requested may amount to approximately $110.00, depending upon the total number of documents to be released to you. The cost for review by professional personnel is $18 per hour. We have no estimate at this time of the number of hours required for review of these documents.
