Defendants sentenced to supervised probation

Dear Mr. Windle:

Enclosed please find an alphabetical listing of all defendants who were sentenced to supervised probation for indirect criminal contempt back in July, 1993.

Now that all appeals are finally exhausted, we have a hearing date set on December 6, 1995, to ask the court to order that all sentences be made executory.

The defendants who have one * next to their names have suspended jail sentences and I will be asking the court to enforce their probationary periods for the number of months noted. The defendants who have *** next to their names will have to serve actual jail before doing their probation. It is my intention to agree that any defendant with NO STARS not be required to do probation, even if it was originally ordered.

If you or your Clinic staff know of any defendant on the list with no stars who should do formal probation because of continuing problems at the Clinic, please let me know as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you, I will proceed as outlined above. (Emphasis added)
