Susan Maurer has been a certified registered nurse anesthetist for over 20 years. Prior to becoming a CRNA, she practiced as a nurse for 6 years. She has experience in anesthesia for open-heart surgery, major vascular surgeries, major cosmetic surgeries, and gynecological surgeries. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. She is co-founder of A Choice for Women with abortionist Edward Ray Watson.
