The abortion industry is asking the United States Supreme Court to deprive a victim of forced abortion of her anonymity. The petition was filed earlier this week in the case of Aware Woman Center For Choice, Inc. et al. v. Jane Roe II.
According to the attorney for Jane Roe II, Michael Hirsh of Atlanta, “For nearly 30 years we have listened to the abortion juggernaut scream about its unending commitment to a woman’s right to privacy. The first time the shoe is on the other foot, they scream bloody murder. It seems that the abortion industry is rising above its own ‘principle.’”
“Why is a woman’s privacy a right to be defended when the choice is to kill, and a right to be removed when the choice is life? When will the women of America learn this is not about a woman’s right to choose but about the abortion industry’s right to kill?” questioned Dr. Pat McEwen of Life Coalition International of Melbourne, Florida.
“No woman who has suffered the atrocity of forced abortion should be stripped of her privacy,” declared Jean Sapp of the Counselor Corps, a Lehigh Acres, Florida organization which trains referral counselors. “I find it almost impossible to believe that anyone would have so little compassion for women. Apparently the abortion industry is comprised of heartless hypocrites,” she added.
