If you have never done an on-line corporation search, then you have no idea of the amount of information you can quickly find on the Internet about child killers, their businesses and accomplices. Once you have used these websites once or twice, it becomes intuitive and the usefulness becomes obvious. All states publish annual reports for registered corporations. You can find such information by doing a Google search with terms: “[state name]” and “corporations.”
For instance, a search for Florida corporations will yield as the number one ranked site: http://sunbiz.org
- Sunbiz.org is a website that lists every Florida corporation and all their officers. For the past ten years or so, corporation owners have been able pay the yearly corporation renewal fee at the website.
- Go to http://sunbiz.org
- Click on Search our Records.
- Click on Inquire by Officer/Registered Agent.
- Then you simply put the last name first and then the first name with no commas.

Then each corporation should be researched to find the names of other officers who are accomplices to child murder.
This is useful in seeing which child killers are protecting their assets. An LLC (limited liability company) is usually run by one or two people. An active corporation must have at least one officer and a registered agent. For instance, James Pendergraft dissolved each one of his corporations and set up an LLC. The same day he converted every one of his Florida LLCs to a Nevada LLC. This was in 2006 right after the Baby Rowan incident. The Florida document allowed him to set up bank accounts in Florida. Then after the Florida LLC was dissolved, a Nevada LLC better protected Pendergraft from lawsuits. Arizona is also another popular state for corporations — there are only two officers needed and incorporating is fairly easy. While it would be cumbersome to check for corporations in every state, Nevada and Arizona are two good places to double check.
Two other searches that are useful are Inquire by Name and Fictitious Name. These can be used to match killing places to their registered agents. For instance, if you search under Inquire by Name the corporation name, “Planned Parenthood,” you will see a listing of all the Planned Parenthoods in Florida.

Why this is so important
In a usual list of abortuary corporation officers, there will be at least:
- The owner or manager of the clinic
- A lawyer or registered agent
- One or two other people related to the clinic.
Many times the officers will be family members. Those names can then be searched and lots of interesting information can be gathered. We can use Sunbiz.org and corporationwiki.com to discover “web maps.” Killers nest together. It is therefore important to understand that 43 percent of the murder industry in state of Florida (29 out of 67 killing places) operates under the umbrella of Planned Parenthood (14 killing centers), Gary Dresden’s All Women’s Health Centers (10 killing centers) and James Pendergraft (5 killing centers). Connections between these corporation officers and other abortion clinics throughout the state can be documented.
Beginning with Planned Parenthood, James Pendergraft and Gary Dresden, each corporation officer and registered agent of every abortion clinic in Florida must be searched on Sunbiz.org and Corporationwiki.com.

Then click on each name. You will start to see that the rabbit hole goes deeper than you ever imagined. Here is a visual map showing the officers of Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando. Every person and corporation in the web map is an accomplice to child murder. What do we do with that information?
For example, we see that Janan Smither is also the head of an incorporated law firm that specializes in divorce. Does every client of hers favor legalized child murder? Will she lose business if some of her clients know that she supports child murder? In any case, we will publicize that she promotes child killing.
A quick Google search shows that she is a professor at the University of Central Florida.

And look! Some of her students think she is a horrible teacher. What if some of her “students” also begin to post all over this site and other places on the Internet that she is a board member of Planned Parenthood. What if some pro-Personhood African American students on campus show Maafa 21 and invite her to come and defend cultural genocide? What if a student on the UCF newspaper ran a profile on the Planned Parenthood professor? And so on.
Then all of this needs to be put into an article format, an exposé on Janan Smither. The article or series of articles needs to be posted on the Internet.
Legalized child murder cannot be done is secret. It must be performed by a licensed out-patient clinic organized as an LLC or a corporation with publicly listed officers.
The beauty of this method of research is that it can be done behind the scenes. Not everyone has to come out to minister at the killing places every week. It certainly does help though to get the lay of the land. If you are going to be investigating four killing places in Orlando, Tampa or Miami, then it is good to know where they are and what they look like. If you are investigating the connected businesses and corporations, then it is good to visit the neighborhoods and meet the surrounding shop people and business owners in that neighborhood.

How to use this information
Each accessory to child murder needs to be “adopted” as a special research project. We need to know where they live, where they work and where they travel. Criminal records checks, speeding tickets, civil lawsuits, and news reports need to be collected and published.
At this point, someone may ask, “Isn’t this an invasion of privacy? Isn’t this harassment? Isn’t this stalking?”
The point to remember is that these are lawless criminals in the eyes of God. Child murder is “legal.” However, the spirit of murder in their hearts will manifest itself in a thousand other ways, some of which will be illegal according to the laws of the state of Florida. We need to trace this pattern of lawlessness every step of the way. We will use written reports, photography and videography to document their daily pattern of rebellion against God’s moral law.
We will document their crimes against God and humanity. We will picket and leaflet their neighborhoods. We will expose them to the point that no one will ever want to fill their shoes once they are out of business. For instance, when there was an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Randall Whitney, we showed up when he was in the act of killing babies. As he was going about his legal business, we called the police. We recorded the actual arrest and showed it on YouTube by the next day.
All of this must be done prayerfully, biblically, legally, morally according to a Personhood ethic with love in our hearts and smiles on our faces. We need to call the murderers to repentance in humility, but we also must realize that there will always be a reprobate element for as long as we live in this fallen world. Therefore, we must be willing to expose the unfruitful deeds of darkness.
